is the real challenge nowadays. Who doesn’t want to stay fit and attractive?
Probably all of us! We are all looking for solutions that can make our body
odds in shape and provide us charming personality. Lots of efforts are needed
on our part. Some of them are really easy and some surely needs our sweat and
hard work. We will be discussing today few important ways by which you can keep
your body healthy and in perfect shape.

1. Get adequate amount of sleep- Sleep triggers our weight gain or loss. Too much sleep and
too less of sleep can make our hormonal levels fluctuate and feel us weak and
lethargy, the entire day. A 7-8 hours of sleep is considered good for our body.
Provide complete rest to your body and stay in shape.
2. Nutritious snacks- You can go on eating anytime anywhere but keep a track of what type of
food you are eating! Try to buy stuff like fruits, shakes, juices whenever you
are out and feel hungry. Fill your refrigerator with healthy stuff like green
vegetables, brown bread, peanut butter, citrus fruits, etc. When this is all
you have, it becomes quite difficult to snack on unhealthy food items which
definitely contribute a lot towards your body shape.

3. Manage Stress-
Stress has a great impact on our weight. If you want to manage your weight, go
on managing your stress. There are several easy ways of doing so. Indulge in
physical exercises like jogging, dancing, aerobics, etc. Other than this, you
can opt for relaxing baths by using warm water, natural essential oils and little salt. Watching cartoon series or
comedy series is also a good way of managing stress. This helps in proper
working of the body which in turn is good for managing weight.
4. Take all the nutrients- Make a habit of eating food keeping in mind all the
nutrients of the food. The nutrients needed for a healthy body are calcium,
vitamins, proteins, carbs, iron, magnesium and minerals. These nutrients are
found in various food items like milk, fish, egg, green vegetables, fruits, dry
fruits and nuts. Try to include one item in each meal so that you get all the
nutrients in proper amount. The presence of nutrients in the right amount strengthens
the body and makes managing weight easier.
