Staying out
in the sun can damage our skin and change the colour of our skin. This is
because of harmful UVA radiations of the sun. This changed dark colour or
tanning can bother us a lot. It looks really uncool and unhealthy. So here I am
with remedies to get the de-tanned skin.
1- Ripe Tomatoes- Red coloured tomatoes are
not just best for eating but are also one of the best things to heal tanned
skin. These antioxidant rich vegetables can be used to treat red and damaged
skin. Tomatoes provide protection like a sunscreen. Do not worry about the
method of using tomatoes. Just mash a few tomatoes and apply the pulp on the
face. Let it stay for 15minutes and rinse it off. Do this at least twice a week
for better results.
2- Curd- Curd works beautifully on our skin.
It removes dead skin cells that in turn help in removing the tanned skin. Also,
it is a natural moisturiser. Just mix curd with lemon juice and apply it on the
skin. Let it stay for 30minutes. Wash it off. Keep repeating it for better
results.
3- Aloe Vera- This herb has multiple uses. One
can use it for hair, skin and even for the digestive system. One of the
important uses of this herb is healing the damaged skin. It protects the skin
and reduces the ageing effects. Not only face, it can also be used for hands
and body. Using aloe vera is very simple. Just mix it with some lemon juice and
apply it on the face or area to be healed. Let it stay for 15-20minutes. Remove
the paste with a wet cotton ball.
4- Potato- This is another vegetable that can
help you achieve de-tanned skin. Just make a paste of peeled potatoes and lemon
juice and apply it on the damaged skin.
5- D Tan Pack- There are many de tan packs
available in the market these days. With the help of such packs, you can apply
the paste directly without any hustle of creating a pack
all by yourself. D Tan Pack are easy to apply and can provide instant glowing
skin. My personal favourite packs are the herbal or natural ones. Try as per
your preferences.
